That's How I (Cinnamon) Roll!

Get ready to rock and roll some delicious cinnamon rolls this fall in less than 2-hours. Learn the process to proof and bake this well-known yeasted dough. We will prepare a dough together, proof, roll out and slather the dough in delicious cinnamon goodness, slice and prepare them to bake. Time allotted, you will have an 8x8 pan full of cinnamon rolls baked off to enjoy or a tasty project to take home and bake another time. “The icing on the cake” or rolls, is the traditional cream cheese icing we will prepare together and top off on hot rolls.

This class is beginner friendly and welcomes students ages 16 and up to register with a parent/guardian that is also registered and attending the same class.

A supply fee of $10 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

All About Choux Paste: Cream Puffs and Eclairs** Additional class added 11/15

Learn all about the unique dough known as Choux Paste. This strange dough is the base for desserts such as cream puffs, churros, eclairs and profiteroles. In this class, you will make cream puffs filled with a homemade vanilla or raspberry whipped cream. Your decadent eclairs will be filled with a homemade vanilla pastry cream and topped with a chocolate ganache. A class not to be missed! 

A supply fee of $15 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

Basic Cheese Making - Ricotta & Cream Cheese

Who knew making these cheeses would be so easy and come right out of your kitchen! You may never go back to store-bought again. With having control of the amount of moisture and salt used, you can customize the flavor of your cooking adventures! In this class, we will make ricotta, cream cheese, and a delicious herb cream cheese. Class size will be small for more individualized instruction. Early registration is recommended. Students must bring a glass candy thermometer, large saucepan, a package of cheesecloth, and a gallon of whole milk to class.

Students aged 10 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $4 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

Sensational Scones

From tea time to family get-togethers, scones are the perfect treat to satisfy any sweet tooth. In this class you will learn how to make homemade scones from start to finish. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to give baking a shot! You will be making two different flavors and have a variety of flavors to choose from. Everyone will go home with a dozen scones and a new found love of baking! Come by yourself, with a friend or with a group! Please consider bringing a container/box suitable for transporting scones.

Students aged 10 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent/guardian is also registered and attending the same class.

Irresistable Pecan Pie

The holidays are just around the corner! Are you looking to impress your family and friends with a simple yet delicious homemade pie? Then this class is for you! You will learn how to make flakey homemade pie crust and slightly sweet and spiced pecan filling. You do not need any experience with baking to take this class. Everyone is welcome! Students will only have to bring a pie pan with them, everything else will be provided!  Please consider bringing a container/box suitable for transporting a finished pie home.

A supply fee of $15 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

Love pasta and traditional Italian dishes? We will take a step back in time to “old school” Italian Cuisine. Try your hand at creating different approaches to making homemade pasta and other Italian favorites! Don't forget, great cooking is about more than just recipes - it's about techniques! These classes have you working together in a fun, hands-on environment. Fun classes for a date-night out or an evening together with friends. Class size will be small to give more individualized instruction. Early registration is strongly suggested.

Join us in making this delicious, traditional light and fluffy ricotta cheese pasta (not potato). Guaranteed to be a big hit in your household. 

Students aged 16 and up are welcome to register for these classes when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A few days before class, students will be sent a supply list of ingredients to bring with them from the instructor.

Unisex Wire Wrapped Cabochon Bracelet

Previous experience or Sept 19 Wire wrap cabochon pendant class is required.

Two Bite Pie Bar - Two ways!

A bar inspiring to be a pie, the perfect two bite pie bar will save space for more of your favorite Thanksgiving desserts! You will create a buttery shortbread that will be topped two ways. One with our nutty pecan pie filling and another with our creamy pumpkin pie filling. You will leave with two 8x8 pans filled with two different pie bars, a perfect treat you can share and top off with your favorite whipped topping. Allergy warning: pecan pie bars contain a tree nut.

This class welcomes students aged 16 and up to register with a parent/guardian that is also registered and attending the same class. Parent or guardian must supervise minor students stove top use. 

A supply fee of $12 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.
