Untethering Your Inner Self

$11
Calendar Sep 28, 2021 at 7 pm

This class is an exploration of the topics of critical thinking and how that process can be used to free ourselves from being trapped by the limitations of our self-imposed world. It provides the opportunity to view your ‘self’ from different angles. Although the journey is primarily an inner one, it will draw upon every aspect of your life. Could your thoughts be creating barriers to your growth? Do you believe you can reprogram your “self” to be more open? How do you protect your self-concept? Have you ever truly examined the assumptions that drive all of your behavior? Learn to stop resisting reality, and what used to look like stressful problems will begin to look like the stepping-stones of your journey.

The session will be presented in a four-part series of 60-minute segments.

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.
