This is a hands-on strength training course taught by a certified and degreed personal trainer.
Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.
PLEASE NOTE: This class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 weeks. (4/18 - 5/4)
