Fabric Pumpkins

*Beginner Class

Upgrade your fall decor and use up that ever-growing fabric stash in one night!  Students will be guided, step-by-step through these trending crafts. Participants will have the opportunity to learn different techniques and create up to three different sized pumpkins. Beginners are encouraged to attend.

Students must bring a bag of polyfill and fabric scraps.

Students aged 10 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent/guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

 

Holiday Sugar Cookie Decorating

Come learn the art of cookie decorating and make beautiful cookies anytime of the year for gifts, for fun, or even to sell! If you tried before, maybe you're overwhelmed, you don’t know where to start or you fear icing, then this beginner’s course is for you! In this class, your expert designer will teach you what you will need to start decorating beautiful cookies, just in time for the holidays! 

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $15 per person, is due and payable to the instructor the night of class.

Introduction to Needle Felting: Autumn Pumpkin

Come embrace the spirit of Autumn by making a cute needle felted pumpkin. By taking this class you will learn about the tools and supplies needed to make this one-of-a-kind decoration for your home. This class is designed for the beginner on up, and sure to get you started on your new hobby! 

Students aged 12 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same evening class.

A supply fee of $20. per person, is due and payable to the instructor the night of class

Shrimp Scampi with Homemade Fettuccine

Love pasta and traditional Italian dishes? Try your hands at creating different approaches to making homemade pasta and other Italian favorites! Don't forget, great cooking is about more than just recipes - it's about techniques! These classes have you working together with in a fun, hands-on environment. The best part will be tasting your creations at the conclusion of class!  Once registered, students will be given a supply list of ingredients to bring to class. Class size will be small to give more individualized instruction. Early registration is strongly suggested.

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for these classes when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

Teacher will contact individuals prior to class with supply list.

Shrimp Scampi with Homemade Fettuccine

This recipe is “old school”. Easy to prepare and good to go on any occasion.

Beginner Level Furniture Painting and Decoupage

This beginner level class will teach you the basics of prepping, painting, and finishing your own furniture or home decor. You will learn about many of the products to use, as well as have some hands-on learning, by painting and designing your own fall sunflower/pumpkin handled tray. When making your project, you will use the painting and decoupage techniques taught in the class. Come learn the basics and gain the confidence needed to go home and paint that old piece of furniture. It’s just waiting to become pretty again!

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $20 is due to the instructor the day of class.

"Crazy Canners" Pepper Jelly

Join this dynamic canning duo for a fun and informative evening learning the basics of water bath canning.  Self-described as crazy canners, because they will can just about anything! 

It’s time to get back to basics and learn food preservation skills that our forefathers mastered.  Whether your interest is stocking up your pantry or making homemade gifts from your kitchen, these hands-on classes are what you need to learn the basics that will last a lifetime. 

Students aged 13 and up are welcome to register for these classes when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $10. per person, per class is due and payable to the instructor at class. You will take home your canned products.

 

Large Bread Basket

It's just not for bread! This basket can be used for dozens of items. With dimensions of approximately 7 in wide by 16 in long, it features a wooden “race-track” shaped base, a great addition on your table, counter, or mantle. This project is for the beginner on up and an easy basket to make, with optional leather side handles and lots of accent colors to choose from. This is the perfect basket for entertaining!

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent/guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $45 is due to the instructor the day of class.

Beginner Cupcake Decorating

Join us for a fun- filled class to get you started on the basics of decorating with frosting! Learn how to frost cupcakes with different design techniques. In addition, an introduction into making beginner flowers will be taught.  By taking this class, you will learn everything from how to fill your pastry bag to making beautiful designs. Each person will go home with a half dozen cupcakes beautifully designed by you!  Please bring a container and apron to class. 

Students aged 8 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $14 per person, is due and payable to the instructor the night of class.
