Four Season Tree of Life Suncatcher
Throughout history the Tree of life (YGGDRASIL) is a common idea in cultures throughout the world representing the cycle of life and death. In this class you will learn how to create a tree of life with wires to create a beautiful sparkling suncatcher depicting four seasons: Winter-Spring-Summer-Fall. You can use this design to create several other items including pendants, keychains, car and wall hangings, desktop, décor, sculptures and more. Tools will be provided for use in class. You will leave with an elegantly finished Tree of Life Suncatcher.
A supply fee of $20 due to the instructor the day of class.
Lebanese Walnut Baklava
NEW DATE!! Class will be held 10/7
Who can resist the sweet, buttery decadent taste of baklava as you bite into it? In this class you will learn all the techniques to make rolled Lebanese Baklava. Everything from making the walnut filling, rendering butter, handling phyllo dough, and making simple syrup, to the final product. Each student will leave class with 20-30 pieces of baklava, and a brush to take home for future use. Seating will be limited in this baker’s delight!
Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent/guardian is also registered and attending the same class.

Tree of Life Pendant- Intermediate Level
Prerequisite- Previous Tree of Life class is required
In this class you will learn how to create a tree of life with wires to create a beautiful piece of unisex jewelry that can be worn as a pendant or attached to a key ring.
Once you have learned this technique you can use this design to create several other items like wall hangings, sun catchers, desktop décor and more. Tools will be provided for use in class.
A supply fee of $20. per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

Pretzel Palooza
Just in time for Octoberfest! Wow your family and friends with homemade pretzels and pretzelrolls this fall. Learn about using quick rise yeast doughs and how quickly you can whip up thesewonderful treats. In this class you will learn all the steps from mixing to shaping your pretzelsand rolls. Find out why boiling your soft pretzel dough before baking is so important to achievethat classic taste, we all know and love. In addition, you will learn to make a savory Bavariancheese dip, sweet cream cheese and honey mustard for your delicious pretzels! Each studentwill leave class with six pretzel rolls and six soft pretzels and two ounces of each dip.

All About Choux Paste: Cream Puffs and Eclairs
Learn all about the unique dough known as Choux Paste. This strange dough is the base for desserts such as cream puffs, churros, eclairs and profiteroles. In this class, you will make cream puffs filled with a homemade vanilla or raspberry whipped cream. Your decadent eclairs will be filled with a homemade vanilla pastry cream and topped with a chocolate ganache. A class not to be missed!

Cuccidati-Italian Fig Cookies
Let’s get ready to celebrate the Christmas holiday with Grandmas delicious cookie recipe! Italian fig cookies, or cuccidati, are light and crisp cookies with irresistibly soft centers that will steal the show this Christmas. Grab a friend, spouse or relative for a fun time out, or a date! When you attend the classes, you will receive a recipe, good tips, and the best part, a dozen cookies you made to take home! The instructor will also share a booklet that her family made, which was passed all the way down to the great-grandchildren! It is filled with her Grandmother’s recipes, pictures and stories about growing up with Nonna! Students should have basic baking knowledge. Instructor will contact students prior to class with a list of utensils to bring to class.
Warning: There will be nuts used at class.

Holiday Cookie Decorating
Nothing screams holiday baking like cut out cookies! Join us, and you will decorate holiday shapes such as mittens, snowy trees and snowflakes. We will go over tips and tricks on how to bake the best cut out cookies and make the perfect royal icing. Every student will leave with 9 decorated cut out cookies and the skills to go home feeling confident in their newfound decorating ability. Please consider bringing a container/box suitable for transporting finished cookies.
