Couchpotato to Bootcamper
Have you been wanting to get off the couch and get moving again? Are you unsure how to get started, how to stay injury-free, how to rebuild the strength you lost over time? You aren’t alone! This program was designed as a solution for people like you, who wonder about how to “get going” again. Join us and you will learn, in 12 short weeks, the step-by-step plan on how to go from “couch potato” to fit and active bootcamper. You will be guided every step of the way! We will meet online once per week via Zoom. For your convenience, all workouts will be recorded and available for playback. After registration, your coach will contact you with information so that you can access the large library of new and prior classes to use at your leisure, for the duration of the class. This class is for the beginner exerciser. Please have a mat available. Strive to be your best self in 2021!
