Join us for a daily 30 minute exercise class offered on-line (Live on Zoom and on-demand for playback) in the comfort of your own home. You will have access to ALL offerings below, we can customize your workout plan based on your needs and timeframe. A degreed and certified fitness professional with over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, will provide you with the accountability and support you need to reach your fitness goals. After registration, your coach will contact you with information so that you can access the large library of new and prior classes to playback for the duration of the class.. This access will give you the added bonus to concentrate on specific body areas if you choose. This class is for the beginner on up. Please have a mat available. Strive to be your best self in 2021!
Monday through Friday 2/22-4/2 or 4/5-5/14 (30 classes each session) 7:00 a.m. -7:30 a.m. daily live or on-demand at your leisure.
