Lewiston-Porter Central School District

This course is designed for the beginning sewing student familiar with their machine and wanting to try quilting on a beginner level. We take you step-by-step in making a rag quilt, perfect for turning your loved one’s clothes into a keepsake item. Course includes instruction, optional quilt upgrades, and a small project we will work on in class.

Please bring your sewing machine, thread, needles and any sewing supplies you may have. Optional: fabric/clothes if you want to jump start your quilt.

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $10. Is due and payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
