Tai Chi for Beginners
Embrace the art of mind, body and spirit! Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. Tai Chi is a soft martial art done in slow motion. Anyone can do Tai Chi whether you are 18 or 88, regardless of abilities or disabilities. It was created as self-defense based on balance, it’s used today to reduce stress, weight loss, improve balance, and much more!
Course will be informal and most importantly fun! Everyone learns at their own pace.
