Join us in this informative class where we will discuss the most important topics in home buying. Just a few things we will familiarize you on are: representation, pre-approval process, buyer consultation, selecting properties, viewing properties, making an offer, negotiating terms, accepting the contract, removing contingencies, funds for closing, and finally closing on your new home!
