Participants will learn about the unique flavors and textures of oyster mushrooms, as well as their nutritional values. Students will explore various cooking techniques, from sautéing and roasting to incorporating them into soups and sauces. Join us for a favorable journey and discover how to elevate your culinary repertoire with the versatility of oyster mushrooms.

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $15 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.
