Core strength is the foundation of how Pilates works. Strengthening the core develops stability throughout the entire torso. This is one of the ways Pilates helps many people alleviate back pain and improve stability. This mat-based class will focus on the core principles of Pilates in a gentle and effective format. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, but you must be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring a mat to class.
This class will run for 5 sessions. Mondays 4/15 - 5/13
