Vanilla Obsession

Never again will you buy store bought vanilla! Guaranteed! Free yourself of the cost and bland flavors, not to mention additional additives and dyes. Homemade is always healthiest. Learn about different bean varieties, extract options, suppliers, storage and so much more! After taking this class, your baking projects will explode with flavor, and your family will rejoice! Join us and learn all there is to know, so that you too can start making vanilla extracts and vanilla sugar from your very own kitchen. It’s so rewarding that you too will be obsessed!  In class, you will be making both vanilla sugar and vanilla extract to take home. Students please bring a quart jar or container with lid, large bowl, small cutting board and paring knife to class. All imported vanilla beans, extract supplies and sugar are included in the supply fee.

Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent/guardian is also registered and attending the same class.

A supply fee of $28 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

Cuccidati-Italian Fig Cookies

Let’s get ready to celebrate the Christmas holiday with Grandmas delicious cookie recipe! Italian fig cookies, or cuccidati, are light and crisp cookies with irresistibly soft centers that will steal the show this Christmas. Grab a friend, spouse or relative for a fun time out, or a date! When you attend the classes, you will receive a recipe, good tips, and the best part, a dozen cookies you made to take home! The instructor will also share a booklet that her family made, which was passed all the way down to the great-grandchildren! It is filled with her Grandmother’s recipes, pictures and stories about growing up with Nonna! Students should have basic baking knowledge. Instructor will contact students prior to class with a list of utensils to bring to class.

Warning: There will be nuts used at class.

A supply fee of $20 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class. Please bring a container for transport home.

Fudgy Peppermint Mocha Brownies

Holiday parties are just around the corner! These peppermint mocha brownies are the perfect thing to bring as a plus one to any party! Students in this class will be learning how to make fudgy and decadent homemade brownies topped with peppermint ganache and crushed-up candy canes! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn a simple yet delicious staple recipe! No baking experience is required! Any skill levels are welcome and new bakers are encouraged to join us! Students will only need to bring an 8x8 inch baking pan.

A supply fee of $15 per person is due and payable to the instructor the day of class.

Love pasta and traditional Italian dishes? We will take a step back in time to “old school” Italian Cuisine. Try your hand at creating different approaches to making homemade pasta and other Italian favorites! Don't forget, great cooking is about more than just recipes - it's about techniques! These classes have you working together in a fun, hands-on environment. Fun classes for a date-night out or an evening together with friends. Class size will be small to give more individualized instruction. Early registration is strongly suggested.

A classic Italian stuffed pasta dish that will become your favorite homemade meal, just in time for the holidays! 

Students aged 16 and up are welcome to register for these classes when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A few days before class, students will be sent a supply list of ingredients to bring with them from the instructor.

Holiday Charcuterie

Join us in learning how to make your own festive charcuterie board! In this festive holiday themed class, we will learn to make our own charcuterie board just in time to impress your guests during the upcoming holidays! You will learn tips and tricks on charcuterie styling, cheese cutting, and food pairing. All ingredients and instructions, plus a cheese tasting are included.

Students aged 16 and up are welcome to register when a parent or guardian is also registered and attends the same class.

A supply fee of $20 is due and payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
