Nothing screams holiday baking like cut out cookies! Join us, and you will decorate holiday shapes such as mittens, snowy trees and snowflakes. We will go over tips and tricks on how to bake the best cut out cookies and make the perfect royal icing. Every student will leave with 9 decorated cut out cookies and the skills to go home feeling confident in their newfound decorating ability. Please consider bringing a container/box suitable for transporting finished cookies.

Learn about different bean varieties, extract options, suppliers, storage and so much more! After taking this class, your baking projects will explode with flavor, and your family will rejoice! Join us and learn all there is to know, so that you too can start making vanilla extracts and vanilla sugar from your very own kitchen. It’s so rewarding that you too will be obsessed!  In class, you will be making both vanilla sugar and vanilla extract to take home. Students please bring a quart jar or container with lid, large bowl, small cutting board and paring knife to class. All imported vanilla beans, extract supplies and sugar are included in the supply fee.

Let’s get ready to celebrate the Christmas holiday with Grandmas delicious cookie recipe! Italian fig cookies, or cuccidati, are light and crisp cookies with irresistibly soft centers that will steal the show this Christmas. Grab a friend, spouse or relative for a fun time out, or a date! When you attend the classes, you will receive a recipe, good tips, and the best part, a dozen cookies you made to take home! The instructor will also share a booklet that her family made, which was passed all the way down to the great-grandchildren! It is filled with her Grandmother’s recipes, pictures and stories about growing up with Nonna! Students should have basic baking knowledge. Instructor will contact students prior to class with a list of utensils to bring to class.

Holiday parties are just around the corner! These peppermint mocha brownies are the perfect thing to bring as a plus one to any party! Students in this class will be learning how to make fudgy and decadent homemade brownies topped with peppermint ganache and crushed-up candy canes! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn a simple yet delicious staple recipe! No baking experience is required! Any skill levels are welcome and new bakers are encouraged to join us! Students will only need to bring an 8x8 inch baking pan.

Don’t miss this rare learning opportunity to make Swedish Tomte Nisse.  They are a traditional part of “jul” meant to bring good luck and protection during the dark evenings approaching yuletide. We will create a pair of tomte nisse using traditional wool doll making techniques, pre-made felt yardage along with learning the needle felt technique. You will also use authentic Gotland Locks, which is a heritage Swedish breed of sheep. A class not to be missed!

Love pasta and traditional Italian dishes? We will take a step back in time to “old school” Italian Cuisine. Try your hand at creating different approaches to making homemade pasta and other Italian favorites! Don't forget, great cooking is about more than just recipes - it's about techniques! These classes have you working together in a fun, hands-on environment. Fun classes for a date-night out or an evening together with friends. Class size will be small to give more individualized instruction. Early registration is strongly suggested.

In this festive holiday themed class, we will learn to make our own charcuterie board just in time to impress your guests during the upcoming holidays! You will learn tips and tricks on charcuterie styling, cheese cutting, and food pairing. All ingredients and instructions, plus a cheese tasting are included.

Join us for a fun filled evening of painting!  Follow along with the instructor and learn how to paint a whimsical jolly Santa on canvas with acrylic paints.  This class is for beginners to the advanced painter.  You are welcome to bring a snack to pass to add to our festive evening!  All supplies are included.
